As life moves on, its events cause us to lose energies of various qualities, or to build them back up. With Life & Death you can intuitively measure the current value of the qualities of your energies.
In the middle is the word “Death,” which represents energy quality values of 0%.
The outer ring represents life, where all qualities of energy are valued at 100%.
If any value reaches 0%, it calls our Being into question. The goal is to move all values as closely as possible to the outer ring, or even to reach it.
How to use it
Scan each color stream and determine your current value. Then, connect all the points. The result is a spider web diagram that clearly and vividly describes the current state of your energy. From now on, it should be a top priority on your “to do” list to improve the weakest of these values.
For comparison purposes, you can determine what your values were at another point in time (for example, five years ago). This shows you what you have achieved through the work you've done on yourself over the last few years, and where there are still areas for improvement.
